If you're not floating then that means you don't have a need to have a vehicle to take you to $3.22. You're just going to come out at $3.22 as an RI and then RV it without the float...

The only way to do that is by lifting the value of your currency. That automatically flips the switch to all the dinars in our federal reserves becoming instant payment.
